Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Consistency Calendar, whether through the website or through an AI assistant connected to our service. Using it means you accept them.
What this is — and what it isn't
Consistency Calendar is a planning and tracking tool. It is not medical, health, coaching, financial or legal advice, and it is not a medical device.
Plans are generated from general evidence-based principles and your own answers. They are not reviewed by a doctor, physiotherapist, coach, dietitian or financial adviser. If you have a health condition, an injury, are pregnant, are taking medication, or are making a significant financial decision, talk to a qualified professional — before you start, not after something goes wrong.
Stop and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or anything that doesn't feel right. A plan is a suggestion. Your judgement always overrides it.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16. The service is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly accept them.
Your account and your calendars
An account is optional; you can use a calendar from its link alone. Whichever you use, keep your links and passwords safe — anyone holding a calendar link or a feed link can read that calendar. You can revoke or rotate those links yourself in ⚙ Settings.
Your plan and your progress are yours. We claim no ownership of them, and you can export or delete them at any time.
Paying
Creating a calendar is free, including a number of free AI revisions. A Sprint Pass is a one-off payment that unlocks unlimited AI revisions for a single calendar. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
All payments are handled by Stripe on our website — never inside a chat conversation, and we never ask for card details. If you are ever asked for card details inside an AI conversation claiming to be us, it is not us.
Refunds: if a Sprint Pass isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it, no questions. This is in addition to any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.
Fair use
Please don't: resell or redistribute the service, use it to build a competing product, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it, or use it to create content that is illegal, harmful or targets someone else. We apply rate limits to keep it available for everyone, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
AI-generated content
Plans and revisions are produced with the help of AI models. AI makes mistakes. We build in deterministic checks — plan structure, training progressions and safety limits are calculated in code rather than left to a model — but you should read a plan before you follow it, and use your own judgement about whether it suits you.
Our assistant is instructed to decline goals that are unsafe or that belong with a professional, including unsafe rates of weight loss, medical treatment plans, and goals showing signs of disordered eating. Those refusals are a safety feature, not a malfunction.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and to keep your data safe, with daily snapshots you can restore from. But this is a small product: we don't promise uninterrupted availability, and you should keep your own export if your plan matters to you.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consistency Calendar is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any injury, health outcome or financial outcome arising from following a plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete everything. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. Sections that by their nature should survive — liability, and the disclaimers above — do.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer elsewhere in the UK you keep the protections of your local law.
