What to include

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which browser or AI assistant you used. You may include your short calendar code, but do not email passwords, passcodes, private calendar links, admin tokens, medical records, or payment-card details.

Account and data

You can download or permanently delete a calendar from its Settings screen. Account deletion removes calendars claimed to that account. For access, correction, restriction, or other privacy requests, email us from the address associated with your account.

Billing and refunds

Payments are completed on Stripe's hosted checkout, never in an AI conversation. If a Sprint Pass is not what you expected, email us within 14 days for a refund under the policy in our Terms of Service.

Consistency Calendar is a planning and tracking tool, not medical, financial, legal, or professional coaching advice. Do not send medical records or other restricted personal data. For urgent health or safety concerns, contact the appropriate local professional or emergency service.
