Connect it to your AI assistant
Consistency Calendar gives your assistant the ability to build you a real training or study plan — properly periodized, evidence-based, and yours to tick off for months — and hand you back a private calendar link that works on any phone.
You describe the goal in your own words. The assistant interviews you, builds the plan, and gives you a link. No app to install.

Anything else that speaks MCP
Cursor, VS Code, Copilot and other MCP clients take the same URL over streamable HTTP.
No sign-up, no sign-in
There is nothing to authenticate. You don't create an account, and you don't give the assistant a password.
When your calendar is created you get back two things: a calendar link (bookmark it — it's your private URL) and an admin token that stays in the conversation and lets the assistant check your progress or revise the plan later. Keep both. If you want a second lock, set a passcode in ⚙ Settings on the calendar itself, and you'll be able to reopen it on any device with your short calendar code.
An optional account at consistencycalendar.com/my just lists your calendars in one place if you'd rather not rely on bookmarks.
Try these
Paste any of these into a chat once you've connected.
What each tool does
| Tool | What it does | |
|---|---|---|
| list_templates | Read | Lists the sprint templates and evidence-based goal playbooks available |
| get_template_guide | Read | Returns the coaching guide for one template — what to ask you, the constraints a plan must respect, and safety rules |
| validate_spec | Read | Checks a draft plan against the rules before anything is created |
| create_calendar | Write | Creates your calendar and returns your private link |
| get_status | Read | Your execution rate, streak, missed sessions and what's at risk |
| revise_calendar | Write | Replaces the plan when things change. Your ticks and history survive |
| attach_document | Write | Saves a syllabus or training history to the calendar for later revisions |
| read_document | Read | Reads a document you attached earlier |
| create_share_link | Write | Creates a read-only progress page you can share |
What it costs
Creating a calendar is free, and so are your first two AI revisions. After that a one-off Sprint Pass unlocks unlimited revisions for that calendar. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Payment always happens on this website, in your browser. Your assistant will never ask you for card details — if anything claiming to be us does, it isn't us.
What it won't do
The planning assistant declines goals that belong with a professional rather than a calendar: unsafe rates of weight loss, medical treatment or rehab protocols, anything showing signs of disordered eating, and gambling recovery. It will say so and point you somewhere better. That's deliberate.
Consistency Calendar is a planning and tracking tool — not medical, coaching or financial advice. See the terms.
Your calendar, and your data
Anyone with your calendar link can read it, so treat it like a password. You can add a passcode, rotate your links, export everything, or delete it entirely from ⚙ Settings. Full detail in the privacy policy.
